Tumbledown Farm .9 Acres (give or take an acre or two)

My Grandparents had quite a book collection and one of them was “How to do Things” The Farm Journal for Anamosa and Monticello Jones County Iowa and Independence, Buchanan County, Iowa. Published in 1919 by Wilmer Atkinson Co. This is really a prized possession of mine and I have thoroughly enjoyed reading it. My question, just out of curiosity, is how much this book is worth.
